'Third law'
This piece is inspired by Isaac Newtons 3rd law "For every action there is an equal opposite action". I've used several 3 ball groupings to demonstrate the low friction elastic collisions as studied by Newton. The yellow reflective disks are to remind us that Newton developed the first colour wheel following his experiments in refracting light.
